Non-contiguous multi-visceral and vertebral-medullary multifocal tuberculosis in immunocompetent subject

Abstract


La tuberculose est une maladie infectieuse causée par le bacille de Koch (BK). La forme multifocale est généralement associée à une immunosuppression du VIH. À cet égard, nous rapportons un cas inhabituel de tuberculose multifocale associant des foyers viscéraux à une tuberculose rachidienne cervicale, dorsale et lombaire non contiguë chez un sujet immunocompétent. Le patient a eu un traitement médico-chirurgical. C'est une maladie avec un diagnostic difficile. Nous discuterons, dans ce cas, des caractéristiques cliniques, diagnostiques et thérapeutiques de cette entité clinique.
